How do I know how many emails I have sent?

We have created the "Upcoming" view to help you understand how many messages you have scheduled and avoid sending too many in too short of a period. 

You can access the "Upcoming" view from the first screen in the Dashboard tab, in the top-middle of the screen. The chart also shows how BCCs contribute to your overall usage.
